Question 2

Do you purchase organizing supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer suggestions and purchasing assistance. Clients choose what's aesthetically pleasing and commit to the separate cost of supplies vs. organizing. We focus on supplies after decluttering so we know what you have and need.

Question 3

Why are videos and photos mandatory?

Accepted Answer

Potential clients must send videos and/or photos to give a proper quote and determine team size. No worries — this is a judge-free zone and our team is here to help! Photos allow the owner to pre-screen a better assessment before your call.

Question 4

Do I have to be home?

Accepted Answer

No! You DON'T have to be home or be present the full day. Just give us access to your space and explain the problem and vision when we arrive.

Question 5

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling fee is $20. Cancellation fee is the total balance of one hour of service. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients.

Question 6

Do you serve areas outside of Dallas?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We serve the entire DFW Metroplex. A $40 traveling fee applies and is included in your quote.

Question 7

How long does a typical organizing session take?

Accepted Answer

Sessions have a four-hour minimum. The total time depends on the size of the space and the level of clutter. After reviewing your photos, we can give you a more accurate estimate.

Question 8

Can you help with a full home move?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our Moving Planner Service coordinates your entire move — we get you an estimate, order and deliver supplies, and handle all communication with the moving company. All you have to do is pay and relax!
